1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MinuteGen website (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MinuteGen. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

MinuteGen provides a suite of browser-based tools including, but not limited to, Meeting Minutes Generators, Agenda Planners, Task Trackers, and Strategic Analysis templates.

**Service Delivery:** The Service is provided as a web application. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the code of the tools.
  • Using the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to interfere with the technical operation of the website (e.g., DDoS attacks, injection of malicious code).
  • Representing that MinuteGen is the author of your meeting content or that MinuteGen endorses the decisions documented within.

4. Intellectual Property

**Our Property:** The design, code, logic, and layout of MinuteGen are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tools as intended via a web browser.

**Your Content:** You retain full ownership of the data you input into our tools. MinuteGen claims no rights to the meeting minutes, agendas, or analyses you generate. You are free to export, print, and distribute your generated documents for any commercial or personal purpose.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

**"As Is" Basis:** THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MINUTEGEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

**Limitation:** MinuteGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or errors in generated documents.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MinuteGen and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law standards, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
